Welcome to our gorgeous villa perfectly situated in a modern residence with swimming pool and solarium close to the city center of Bibione. This spacious villa can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests, making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation.

The villa is built on three levels. On the ground floor you will find 2 private entrances, a porch which is ideal to park your car, a small bathroom, an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with all the essentials, including a microwave, allowing you to prepare meals, a dining room with a comfortable sofa and a porch with a fireplace where you can enjoy your time.
On the first floor the apartment provides a full modern bathroom with shower, one bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a single bed, ensuring ample sleeping arrangements for all guests. Both bedrooms provides a covered lovely terrace.
On the attic there is a comfortable bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, an utility room.

For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with tv sat, washing machine, air-conditioning, ensuring a cool and pleasant environment during the warmer months.

The swimming pool is open seasonally (from mid June to early September). The exact opening and closing dates may vary between the different residences and depend on the weather conditions. Beahost Rentals cannot be held responsible for closures due to major reasons or for maintenance services, according to the law. The use of the pool cap is mandatory.
