Located in San Martín de Valdeiglesias, in the Sierra Oeste of Madrid and just 70 km from the capital, this 150 m² country house is the perfect retreat for a rural getaway from Madrid. Accommodating up to 8 guests, it features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped private kitchen.



Enjoy stunning views of the San Juan reservoir, known as 'Madrid's Beach', where you can go kayaking, paddle surfing, windsurfing, and enjoy other water sports just a 5-minute drive away. The natural surroundings offer endless possibilities: hiking trails through the Sierra de Gredos, mountain biking, birdwatching, and strolls through the vineyards of the D.O. Vinos de Madrid wine region, with local wineries offering tastings and wine tourism experiences.
