It's an old fashioned yet beautiful hotel, a perfect combination for the San Martin de los Andes town. It's kind of a magical feel. Would love to return.

The room I booked on the web site was not the room I was given, despite showing the my booking room picture the reception said I had the room I booked!! It was in my opinion a standard room not superior I had booked. No air con, hair dryer not working and insecure.

Good hotel well situated and well run, but thin walls, so woken at 4 am by some other guests playing music. I assume this doe snot happen all the time--most people are asleep at that time--but there is an issue with the construction of the building.

Great location, clean, comfortable, facilities. Some of the staff were very good, some not so much. Internet is very good, though there are not many areas for "business" work. The ancillary services they use or recommend are all excellent. I recommend it and would come back!

The staff was courteous and willing to help Breakfast was classical continental type, very reasonable The room was adequate except for two things missing, air conditioning and a shower pad to prevent slipping

Nice hotel, great location but on noisy street

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Room is clean and comfortable. Our room was right on the Main Street and it was very noisy until about 1 am with cars and foot traffic. The WiFi connection is spotty.

Comfortable hotel in the heart of San Matin

Good choice for a stay in San Martin. Centrally locates, helpful staff, open space in lounge area. Clean and comfortable rooms. As a solo traveller I felt very safe here. Will return again.

Up scale but disappointing

Up scale hotel. Although the the weather was cool and heating off, the room was too warm. Lots of traffic noise so an open window had mixed results. Breakfast is good though the scrambled eggs were old and cold.

EXCELENTE HOTEL

Excelente hotel, muy bien ubicado en la calle principal y en pleno centro de San Martín de Los Andes. El personal de recepción muy atentos, el desayuno completo y bien atendido. Hay opciones de compras y restaurantes a corta distancia. El estacionamiento es gratuito, amplio y de fácil acceso. Muy recomendable
