One is 400 meters long with a ski lift and a magic carpet. The other is 750 meters long with a steeper slope and a triple chairlift.Upstairs, the living and dining room connects to a terrace with a grill, ideal for al fresco dining. Downstairs, there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with two single beds, and a third with two bunk beds (sleeps 4), all with closets and good ventilation.The house has internet access and, in addition to all the amenities, includes housekeeping on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you arrive by car, please leave it in the main parking lot and take a private transfer to the house (additional charge).Located at 1,500 meters above sea level in the Las Pendientes neighborhood, in an area renowned for its snow quality in winter and its natural surroundings in summer, it is the perfect starting point for experiencing Patagonia in comfort.Access to the houses: You can arrive and depart on skis. Check-in/check-out is done exclusively with the neighborhood's internal snow transport, for an additional charge. If you arrive by car, you must leave it in the parking lot 250 meters away.
