Get a great night's rest in this relaxing detached, studio with a spacious private patio for your enjoyment. Fully furnished with a full kitchen, AC and on-site laundry. This studio is located in a quiet residential neighborhood just minutes off the highway central to Cal State San Marcos University, golf course, local family parks, restaurants, breweries, wedding venues, Kaiser and Palomar hospital. San Diego's most beautiful beaches are just less than 10 miles away for the perfect beach day!
The space
Open Floor Studio. All of the space has been recently remodeled. Includes full kitchen, AC, washer + dryer and a private fully fenced patio with fire pit and furniture. Access to the studio is through the driveway of the main house. The driveway is use for the main house parking only.
The guest house parking is Street Parking.
