This is a beautiful historic hotel. The staff is friendly and very helpful.
The hotel is old but had very impressivein decor and architecture. We stayed around Christmas and did not see a lot of guests. We upgraded the room to a 2 bedroom suit without any problem. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and had a nice variety of items. The condition of the rooms was outdated, and the outdoor pool area seemed unkept. Sheets were clean and housekeeping was daily and very efficient. I don't think the hotel is busy which is unfortunate because it has amazing potential. Also the location near highway may be not the best for exploring the area although convenient for travel.
