The "Serrino Family" is located in a quiet and secluded area of Pistoia, offering a wonderful view of the surrounding hills. Available amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (also suitable for video calls), washing machine, and TV. The property consists of 2 apartments: the first features a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate up to 9 people; the second offers a living room, well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, with a maximum capacity of 6 people. You will have exclusive use of these two apartments, not of the entire building.



The private outdoor area includes a garden, two open terraces, a covered terrace, and an outdoor shower. There is also a shared outdoor area with barbecue and pool, open from the last week of May to the first week of September (opening dates may vary depending on weather conditions). The holiday home is ideal for hiking, cycling, and horseback riding. Popular destinations include San Marcello Pistoiese (10 km away) and the Monte Cimone ski area (about 45 minutes by car).
