This very beautiful manor is hidden in the hilly woodland scenery near the village of San Vito sul Cesano, at only 25 km from the Adriatic coast. San Vito sul Cesano is situated in the northern part of the region Marche, not far away from the university town of Urbino. Besides the lively town centre, Urbino has a lot to offer: the ducal palace, the house where the famous painter Raphael was born and the cathedral are only a few of the interesting places to visit. One hour by car to the north, you find the small Republic of San Marino. The regions of Tuscany and Umbria are worth a daytrip too. In the immediate surroundings of the villa are various restaurants and pizzerias.
This villa is the ideal destination for those who want to immerse themselves in the beauty of the Marche region landscape. Next to the roofed terrace, we find the swimming pool with convenient exposure to the sun but not to the wind. The swimming pool has a round shape, gets gradually deeper and is therefore very suitable for children. The villa is accessible via a local road with olive trees and oak trees.
The villa is on two floors.
The ground floor consists of the entrance, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, the living/dining room, a double bedroom, a roofed terrace and the swimming pool.
A staircase leads to the first floor that consists of a bathroom with bathtub, a bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms and a bedroom sleeping for four people. The villa can host up to 10 people.
The nearby outbuilding can accommodate 4 people and consists of a living room-kitchen with sofa, TV and dining table, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Outside there is a pergola equipped with table and chairs.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); air conditioning; Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance; policy "Easy Rent" (additional insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property, up to a maximum coverage of € 3.000,00 and subject to limitations).

Toller Urlaub mit kleinen Abstrichen

Es war insgesamt ein sehr toller Urlaub. Die Landschaft und was man an Unternehmungen machen kann ist super. Das Haus und die Poolanlage ist auch wunderbar und läd zu erholsamen Stunden ein. Die Küchenutensilien für 10 Personen sind was das Kochutenlis angeht leider nicht ausreichen..

Wer einen erholsamen Ruheort sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Landschaft ist wunderbar. Das Haus verfügt über alles notwendige. Der Pool wurde alle 2 Tage gereinigt. Top Service mit Handtücher und Bettwäsche, alles perfekt sauber. Diesen Urlaub haben wir in wunderbarer Erinnerung

Helt igennem en god oplevelse for hele familien. Værten var meget hjælpsom og hus og swimmingpool levede fuldstændig op til vores forventninger. Vi kunne sagtens finde på at vende tilbage en anden gang.
