Located in a safe neighborhood with 24-hour guard and controlled access. Security cameras on outside areas of the house, wifi, and roku. Free parking and laundry on site. 12 minutes away from beaches and tourist spots. (The upstairs of house is not included in listing and is currently rented out)

The property is visually beautiful. The amenities were minimal, no hot water, no electronics in kitchen ( coffee maker, toaster etc). The host wound answer my calls but then told me she was fixing things and didn’t happen until next day when she told me someone was on their way ( more toilet paper, hot water, someone to clean pool). We also saw roaches and were told “that’s Puerto Rico” and I requested some bug spray and that never came.

Beautiful and well-maintained property with lots of space, pool, cabana, and outdoor bar area. Family lives on the second floor. Furniture is solid and comfortable. Overall it felt like we had our own place and there was no difficulty accessing the gated neighborhood. Close to San Juan and there were always ride services available. The kitchen is lightly stocked and may not accommodate cooking needs for a large family. Would definitely reserve this property again.

Great place better price.

We found this little gem with no reviews and minimal pictures marketed. Although not confirmed it seems to be a new stay place. I like that there was security and a gated community. Every time we entered security would ask for our names, and where we were staying so we felt secure. We did travel outside of the community and were welcomed with open arms. The locals stated not too many tourists come around that area and were so excited to see us and we were excited to see them as well. Many things could have been easily managed should there been a book that we could have reviewed. Our host, Dori, was fast and courteous and resolved any issues. Family members live above the house who were amazing. The third bedroom is located slightly outside of the main home, which makes it somewhat of a suite and very nice. The rooms are comfortable, and the front living room and all seating are great. The backyard is Immaculate and makes you think of a place for your family to hang out. There are a few downsides, the mosquitoes are everywhere however this is something that they can't prevent so bring bug spray. The air conditioners are only in the bedrooms; however, there are fans located all through the house the home is easily cooled if you leave the doors open from the bedrooms. Everything is about 20 minutes away, including Carolina, El Morro, La Placita, and Walmart. Around the corner, it's a shopping center with a grocery store and places to eat. More pictures should be put, trust me you won't regret your stay! Side note I am a disabled adult missing an arm, everything was easily accessible and easy for me to use.
