This ground-floor apartment accommodates up to 6 guests and features a queen bed, bunk bed & double sofa bed for comfortable sleeping arrangements. Bright, comfortable & thoughtfully designed, it includes a full kitchen with essential appliances, living area with TV, furnished balcony, AC throughout, WiFi, steamer & hair dryer for added convenience.



For added peace of mind, the property is equipped with a large 1,400-gallon water cistern and a backup power generator, helping ensure continued access to essential services during unexpected utility interruptions.



Guests also have access to 3 first-come, first-served parking spots at the property, plus free street parking. Located just 1.5 miles from José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum, close to shops, restaurants & local attractions.



To help keep our guests and the property safe, we have security cameras installed in the exterior areas of the property. Please note that there are no cameras inside the home or in any private areas.
