Our new remodeled apartment, one bedroom and one bathroom, with private hut tub and just one block away from the best beach of San Juan. Charming with everything you need for up to four guest. One king size bed and a one convertible bed for two, Air Conditioning system, and WiFi. One of the best relaxing and secure neighbors of the San Juan and Metropolitan Area. Nearby beaches, airport, shopping malls and entertainment venues, very good restaurants nearby, all within walking, Uber or own rental. Walk to the park, beach, restaurants, bar and other nearby venues.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a microwave, and a refrigerator.

Great location, clean and comfortable and friendly staff.

Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this property if you want to be in San Juan but prefer less noise and want access to the best beach in the city. My partner and I were in Puerto Rico for our wedding and we had everything we needed to make our day less stressful.

An okay stay for just coming and going

We only had hot water for 2 of the 5 days after complaining a lot to the property manager and owner while they kept on insisting the problem was fixed when it actually wasn’t… but if your going and coming with just you and your spouse it’s a cool area it’s a great mongu place around the corner streets are really bad in the area but it also has a cool pool which was nice and couldn’t find the private parking either they say you have but if it wasn’t for the property manager not doing their job probably would’ve been a better experience 2 star for me

Worst stay ever

This was by far the worst stay I have ever had the pictures are at angles that make the facility look totally different when you arrive. If you have an issue the owner will never reply to you. He or she puts all the responsibility on the property manager, poor guy. During a water pressure issue in San Juan this facility failed to have the resources to support all the money we paid for the stay . So for 2-3 day of our trip we did not have accommodations stated in the booking sight. Water is a must for sanitation our hygiene etc. We were not accommodated for in any way for this absolute screw up on piss poor planning. Someone really dropped the ball on this. I will never book with them again. If I was you I would stay away from this place.

Convenient, great stay!

Overall experience was great! Check in process was smooth and simple, manager was very professional and nice. Restaurants, Walgreens and medical lab all within walking distance from the apartment, we felt very safe. There is a small bistro just steps away which is very convenient for guests as well. I wasn’t able to enjoy the pool because of everything in our agenda didn’t allow any wiggle room for us to enjoy but its no big deal, it is small but definitely nice! The room is perfect for a single person or a couple. Definitely recommended.

False advertisement, pictures do too much.

Overall , the stay was okay becuase we made the best out of it. First of all , all rules applied once we got there. He should apply all the rules before hand so we can see if it convenient for us. Security false claimed that we had an extra guest staying over night, management ONLY CONTACTED US TO TELL US THAT HE WAS CHARGING MY CARD FOR AN EXTRA PERSON. Meanwhile, he did not ask for our side of the story , he literally just assumed. We had to tell him to go back to the security cameras to confirm, otherwise he would’ve charged my card without asking me FIRST.

Not as big as i thought

This property was nice , pictures make it look much bigger than it really is . The only issue i had was there was only one roll of toilet paper & once we ran out it took forever for them to bring another roll . Other than that everything was good & jose responded to all my questions in a very timely manner . The beach was right around the corner & the pool was right behind the room .
