Located in the heart of Ocean Park, you’re just steps from the beach and within walking distance of Calle Loíza and McLeary—two of San Juan’s liveliest streets.



The apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a comfy bedroom with A/C, a high-pressure shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room that opens to a semi-private patio.



Please note: Puerto Rico may occasionally experience water or electricity outages. Solar power and a water cistern are available to help maintain comfort during these situations. Tropical insects are part of the island environment, and while we take steps to minimize them, turning off outdoor lights at night can help reduce seasonal bugs.



This is the downstairs unit in a two-apartment building. Other guests share the building entrance and pass through the patio to reach their unit. Natural light is limited due to traditional windows and the shaded ground-floor location, but the bedroom stays cool and dark—ideal for sleeping. We stayed here from April 14–21, 2026, and unfortunately had a very poor experience due to serious and ongoing water issues. From arrival, there was no hot water and low water pressure that quickly worsened. By April 16, we could no longer reliably use the bathroom and had to manually collect water from a neighboring unit just to flush the toilet. By April 18, all running water stopped completely. We reported the issue early and were repeatedly told help was coming, but it was poorly handled. A plumber came twice (April 17 and 18) but inspected the wrong building and the issue remained unresolved. We were not even informed these visits happened until the following day. On April 20, water was temporarily restored using a hose connected to a neighboring unit. The water had a strong odor and this workaround also disrupted the neighboring unit’s hot water supply. It was not a proper or lasting fix. Additionally, the host kept blaming the water issues on the city's unreliable water, but we have documentation that proves the issue was limited to this particular building, not the entire city. Overall, the property was without reliable running water for most of our stay, making it impossible to comfortably shower, use the toilet, or live normally. This was a major issue that significantly impacted our trip and is not what we expected from the listing.
