This family friendly house is located near three wonderful beaches in San Juan, Puerto Rico in the beachfront Punta Las Marias neighborhood.The reclaimed land that used to be the mangroves sanctuary. The structure of a house is a custom-designed concrete module used since the 1970s with accentuated high ceilings, ample tiled terrace to enjoy equatorial ocean breeze evenings. This house near the beaches is fully fenced in and safe for families with kids and pets. The beachfront neighborhood is famous for its beaches, restaurants, bars and metropolitan public residential housing complex with live bands concerts and fireworks during Christmas and New year's traditional festivities. The island vibes are exhilarating from sunset to sunrise!

I have supplied beach, recreational and educational entertainment.Please, don't get scared of occasional garden insects,- it's difficult to avoid them in the tropics completely in the casa- terrera,house on the ground, despite weekly treatments😁. Minor rust on metal is due to a 250meters proximity to the ocean.
I truly strive for your stay to be 5 stars, full of memorable experiences and much needed rest!
