Stylish loft house with your own private swimming pool nestled into the nature and with an amazing ocean view. A screened window front with a sliding door for a nice breeze gives you access to your pool. An open floor concept on two floors connected with a stair and glass railings.

Ground floor you find a living room with a queen bed sofa, smart flat TV, one bathroom with toilet and rain shower to close with a sliding door, a fully equipped kitchen with a 6 burner gas stove and a big fridge, bar table with 4 high seats, washer and dryer. First floor is an open concept with a king size bed. Pocket doors lead into a large en-suite 2nd bathroom with 2 sinks, rain shower with glass door and luggage space.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom.
