There was no one at the reception. We wait almost 25 minutes for someone to show up. We look in every room, bathroom, we called while waiting there and still no one showed up. Then I call another number I found and a very angry sir answered questioning if I have a reservation and where I made it. He showed up and he said he didnf even know about it because expedia didnt notify him and he didnt have the room we booked so he gave us one for 6 people which is fine but there were not towels ready, no soap bar, no tv control. The next day we went down to have breakfast which was included on our reservation and they only said Oh the cook didnt come. So what? i paid for it they shoukd have look for a solution or something and the owner didnt care at all.

the first room we were given was dirty and had cockroaches. The second room they moved us to the sink was full of ants. I refused to stay at the property and they refused to give me my money back. Spend the extra money and go to a clean bug free hotel.

Las instalaciones están limpias, el desayuno es bueno. No aceptan pagos con tarjeta a pesar que indican lo contrario en Expedia. Las cerraduras de las puertas se traban, es precisa que les den mantenimiento.
