Our exclusive three-bedroom apartment with private pool have a view of San Juan Bay. They are perfect place to enjoy your stay in San Juan del Sur.

General conditions:
• A damage deposit of $500 is required.
• Parties are not allowed and quiet time is strictly observed from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.
• Smoking is not allowed inside of the apartments.
• We allow pets of 5kgs or less.

Lovely Property, Great Location, Safe and Fun Surprises

The property was lovely, and the location was a short 15-minute walk to the beach. We felt safe at the location (it is gated with security guards), good parking facilities, and there were a number of fun surprises! We liked the macaws and the peacocks about. The pool space was lovely. We did have to reach out to check in, but the team was accommodating on check-in process and friendly.
