Beautiful and comfortable Condo just steps from Avenida Escazú, central and easily accessible, with all the amenities and in the best shopping and entertainment area in the entire city. The condo has two bedrooms each with its own bathroom, the main one with a king-size bed and the secondary one with a full-size bed/bunk bed. It also has a queen size sofa bed. It has its own parking for 2 vehicles. Also very close to Plaza Tempo, Multiplaza and Hospital Cima. High speed Wi-Fi (300Mb).

Nice place

A great location and the condo is well designed. It just needs a bit of TLC to earn a top rating. Some of the renovations have been done unprofessionally with paint spills and other sub-grade workmanship. The kitchen could be equipped somewhat better, also.
