Stay in your own two-bedroom, one-bath apartment on the first floor. Completely local neighborhood. The building consists of two floors two apartments on each. You almost never see the neighbors, nice and peaceful. This big and airy apartment has a fully equipped kitchen plus all amenities with its own beautiful Garden. This apartment will make you feel at home. Wi-Fi, TV, and Washer/Dryer for you are available in the unit. Large and comfortable. You can have friends visit you during your San Jose stay, whatever your visit is: dental or surgery, you feel at home. Use Uber to get around, and order food deliveries from DiDi, Uber eats, or PedidosYa. You will enjoy walking to Sabana park and get to experience local life in the park over the weekends as well. Large supermarket Avenida 10 and local Farmers market 7 minutes away.

Healthier and happy

I have friends in the Central Valley and Guanacaste. I travel to both coasts in consideration of purchasing property. They also visit me on occasion. My primary goal for this stay was dental implants and stem cell treatment. I'm very pleased with both and the property. Comfortable bed and loved the very private patio. La dueña communicated and followed up nicely regarding minor issues. I would recommend this place without hesitation.
