The secondary room is smaller and has a bunk bed with a double bed (at the bottom) and a single bed (at the top).
The patio has a nice garden with grass and some chairs to relax.
The kitchen, with beautiful finishes, a space for breakfast and equipped with what is necessary to cook (it does not have an oven).
Living room (with a television) and dining room with a table with 4 seats.
The parking space is for a small car (sedan or a compact).
If the guest needs to park a larger car, they can find paid parking at a distance of one block. At some times of the day you can perceive environmental noises.

We had a sound problem coming from an exhaust fan in the neighboring restaurant that has already been resolved.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment and private patio.
The main entrance of the building is shared with the inhabitants of the other apartments, so make sure to leave the doors and gates securely closed at all times.

It is important to note that the size of the parking lot is for a small car. If the guest's car is large, they can use a pay park that is very close to the property.
