The unit is split from the main part of a single family house. It has two bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped for family cooking. The living room and back/front yard are good for kids to play. It locates in a quiet community, close to main high ways across whole bay area, including 680,880,280,87. Around 10 minutes to San Jose airport, Milpitas bart station, grocery stores and shopping centers (Costco, Target, Walmart, Great Mall ...). Close to most high tech companies.

Both bed rooms face south, enjoy whole's sunshine.
Fully Equipped Kitchen with all cooking needs , even including rice cooker, air fryer and hot pot.
Spacious Living Room good for family together.

Amazing for our family

Very very clean, and spacious and bright. Worked well with my family including a toddler and a dog. The fenced in yard was perfect to have them run around and feel safe. The kitchen was well stocked and the rooms were spacious. The neighborhood was quaint and i felt safe walking the dog around by myself.
