I had a great stay here. Maria responds to messages within minutes and Domingo is always onsite to tend to any property issues (I had none). The location is terrific. Quiet residential street but only a couple blocks from all the Alajuela businesses you could ever need. If you prefer to travel with the comforts of home instead of the hotel hustle and bustle this is your place.

This place is a must! Right outside of all the noise, but 100 yards from it all. Beautiful sunset view! Security/handyman in property...huge gate to keep crime out. The grocery store is within walking distance. I’m staying here every time I visit Alajuela! Maria was available, polite and very responsive. ¡Este lugar es imprescindible! Justo fuera de todo el ruido, pero a 100 metros de todo. Hermosa vista al atardecer! Seguridad/manitas en la propiedad... enorme puerta para mantener el crimen fuera. La tienda de comestibles está a poca distancia a pie. ¡Me quedo aquí cada vez que visito Alajuela! María estaba disponible, educado y muy atento.
