Room

Renter communication was great all the time, very responsive and friendly. In regards to the Room, it was relatively clean. An strong smell of humidity is "always in" and in addition, the BED was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Really disappointed with the the BED, springs are all over and lower to almost the floor level. The Sofa needs a deep cleanse and TV does not receive any "clear" channels.

Modern apartment in San Jose

Really a great property. The owners were very friendly and professional. They provide a book with local resturants and nearby coffee shops which we found all suggestions to be fantastic. We had a problem with a shower drain that doesn't drain properly, a slight annoyance. The cleaning crew needs to clean the flooring, because it was very dirty. With that said, we will stay here again as I am confident that the cleaning crew will be corrected.

Cozy and convenient

Directions were definitely a problem as none of the streets in the neighbourhood seem to be named (!), but once we finally found this cute little apartment in San Pedro, outside of the hustle and bustle of San Jose, it was perfect for us for a one-night stop on our way across the country. Modern, clean and comfortable. There could be a few more supplies in the kitchenette (wine glasses, can opener, corkscrew?), but luckily we had a handy multi-tool with us. It was a quick stay, but we had dinner and then breakfast there, and all was good.

El apto es muy agradable, cómodo, muy limpio, buena ubicación y muy buena atención.
