Beautiful private Villa located on the 5th fairway of Palmilla's ocean course. Very nice ocean views from the main home and master bedroom. Pool, golf green, mountain views from the back of the home and entertaining area. This villa is fully equipped. Large pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ and entertaining area is private with mature gardens. Great for relaxing and enjoying the day poolside. Gas fire pit towards the front of the home offers ocean views, very nice at sunset. The Villa is very clean and luxurious with high end finishings. Furnishings are clean and comfortable. Master bedroom is very large with a TV room, automatic blinds and private terrace. The 2nd Master is very roomy with a large en suite. The 3rd bedroom is equipped with 2 double beds and full Bathroom. The villa is a short 3 min walk from the main swimming beach at Palmilla. The Shops at Palmilla offer restaurants, Coffee, Art and clothing. A farmers market sets up there seasonally on Fridays. Uber service is available, 5 min drive to San Jose.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. We’ll be back!
This property was excellent — having rented multiple VRBOs, this was a family favorite. Great location, private, quiet, well-appointed kitchen, nice linens and beautiful views all around. Our family of four — two-teenaged children — fit perfectly and this is a great place for three couples!

Everything was just as advertised, the host answered my numerous questions and even suggested things we could do while in Palmilla. Best thing? The freshly ironed best quality bedding. Oh such good sleeping!
