Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive use of the entire house during their stay. This includes all the amenities that come with the house, such as a private pool, jacuzzi, golf cart and garage.

Palmilla is famous for its luxury villas, the exclusive One & Only Palmilla Hotel established back in 1950’s, and being one of the best beaches in Los Cabos.



Conveniently located just 25 minutes away from the San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD) and 10 minutes from San Jose Downtown, you will feel charm and luxury as soon as you enter Palmilla.



The Shoppes at Palmilla are just across the bridge (10 min walking) and cater Creme Cafe (for a delicious morning breakfast, coffee or baked goods), Nick San (famous Japanese cuisine), Blue Fish (delight with the fresh sea food and ceviche), Chins (warm atmosphere and premiere Chinese kitchen), and Tenangos (the Mexican gourmet spot).

Also at The Shoppes you will find California Ranch Market which is a the grocery store you will want to visit for organic and gourmet groceries, as well as fresh produce and daily bakery goods. They also offer ready to go salads, entres and meals of the best quality.

Pet Policy:

This property is dog-friendly for pets 15 lbs or smaller. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet. An additional $250 USD cleaning fee applies (no exceptions). Unfortunately, last-minute or unregistered pets will not be allowed on the property.



Child Safety:

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times. Please note that the pool and jacuzzi are not gated, and other potential hazards may be present.

Quiet hours must be respected in consideration of our residential neighbors



Security Cameras:

For your safety, outdoor security cameras are installed near the pergola bar, facing the firepit area and golf course. These cameras are only for security monitoring—your privacy is always respected.



Long-Term Stays:

We welcome monthly reservations. A refundable security deposit per month may apply. Please confirm details before booking.



External Vendors:

To maintain a secure and enjoyable environment, outside vendors are not permitted on the property. Our concierge team will be happy to arrange trusted professionals for any services you may need.



Community Access:

This villa is located within a private residential community. Guests will be required to present valid photo ID and sign the community rules upon arrival for access. Please contact us prior to arrival if you would like to review the community guidelines.
