This apartment is in the very first line of the Mar Menor and 50 metres from the Mediterranean. Located in the Seychelles Urbanisation, at km 14 of La Manga, on a 5th floor facing the Port of Tomás Maestre.



The lounge, spacious and bright, has air conditioning and features a dining area and a television area from which you can access a large glazed terrace with beautiful views towards the Port of Tomás Maestre and the Mar Menor.



The apartment has two bedrooms, the main one features a double bed and its own private bathroom with a bathtub, as well as access to the spacious terrace and air conditioning, the second one has two single beds together.



The kitchen, located next to the living room, has an oven, microwave and all necessary kitchen utensils, and features a utility area with a washing machine and dryer.



The apartment has free high-speed internet with fibre optic.



The urbanisation, Seychelles, is located at km 14, on the front line of the Mar Menor and just 50 metres from the Mediterranean. It has 2 community swimming pools, open in 2024 from 10 May to the end of September, from 9 to 2pm and from 5 to 8pm.

Tomás Maestre Port is less than 5 minutes' drive away, where you will find a sports complex with tennis courts, padel and five-a-side football, as well as very complete indoor facilities, including a large gymnasium with sea views, where anyone can purchase a pass for the use and enjoyment of the courts and attendance at the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, Weight Training...



Just 50 metres from the apartment there is a supermarket (Spar), and in the area there are restaurants, bars, pharmacy...

Apartamento muy espacioso. Todo funcionaba. La terrasa muy bien equipada. Las camas confortables. Muchas luces. Vista preciosa al mar. La playa los restaurantes y el supermercado muy cercanos! Es apreciable. Gracias para todo!!! Añadir platos, vasos, mug, Tasa para el café pinzas para la ropa Sino todo muy bien. En el cuarto de baño de la suite cambiar una bombilla.

VACACIONES PERFECTAS.

Sobre todo la zona, muy tranquila, y el apartamento muy cómodo y perfectamente equipado. Solo falta el lavavajillas¡¡¡ La atención de la agencia espectacular¡¡¡ Es un apartamento grande, quizás le falta un sofá cama para visitas inesperadas o cuando no se quiere compartir dormitorio. Algunos aspectos a mejorar de la limpieza, pero los mínimos por ejemplo el mueble de madera justo donde está la televisión, la parte de atrás se ilumina y tiene bastante polvo. El apartamento no es barato así que esos detalles son importantes. Igual que los taburetes altos, están algo estropeados y dan sensación extraña al entrar.
