The dwelling is located on the 8th floor and its solarium terrace on the 9th. It boasts privileged views of both seas and is completely equipped, featuring air conditioning, two full bathrooms, dishwasher, internet, television…



The master bedroom, with a double bed, has direct access to the terrace from which there are unique views of La Manga, the second bedroom has another double bed and also has sea views, the spacious living room gives access to the main terrace from which you have beautiful views of the Mar Menor and the port of Tomás Maestre. From this terrace, you access another solarium terrace, very spacious, with a barbecue area and even more beautiful views. The kitchen is independent and is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and has an adjoining gallery with a washing machine and water heater.



LOCATION:



The urbanisation, Seychelles, is located at km 14, on the seafront of the Mar Menor and just 50 metres from the Mediterranean. It has 2 community swimming pools, open in 2024 from 10 May to the end of September, from 9 to 2pm and from 5 to 8pm.

About 50 metres away there is a large supermarket (Spar), and in the area there are numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets...



It is about 10-15 minutes' walk from the Port of Tomás Maestre, where there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops and a large supermarket (Supercor) next to which a local market takes place on Saturday mornings.

Furthermore, in this same area of Tomás Maestre there is a sports centre with tennis courts, padel and five-a-side football, as well as very complete indoor facilities, such as a large gymnasium with sea views, where anyone can purchase a pass for the use and enjoyment of the courts and attendance at the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, Weight training...



We offer the flexible rate option, for a 10% supplement with the possibility of cancellation up to 5 days before arrival, rate available from September to June, both inclusive. If you are interested in booking with this rate, please let us know in advance or when making the reservation add the comment in the observations section and we will proceed to change the rate and conditions.



Dogs are admitted with prior notice (€25 extra per stay).

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

For arrivals between 9pm and 12am, confirmation is required before booking and an extra fee of €30 applies.

Keys are collected at the Spanish Connection office in Cabo de Palos. Details will be confirmed before arrival.
