South facing 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment. The lounge and master bedroom look out onto lush, excellently maintained, beautiful gardens. The garden area is bathed in sunshine for the vast majority of the day and the large swimming pool is just a few steps away. Wonderfully private, with a large terrace that wraps across the front of the lounge and master bedroom. Perfectly located inside the security gated private Roda Golf & Beach Resort, just a short stroll (or a one minutes drive) from the Roda golf course, club house, driving range, putting and chipping greens, and the superb on-site gym and restaurant. Five minutes drive from the beautiful beaches and wonderful facilities of Los Alcázares.
