This townhouse was refurbished in 2022 with a new open-plan lounge and kitchen, new bathrooms, bedrooms, games room and pool. The rooms are located over 3 floors with the lounge and kitchen on the main floor, games room downstairs and the 3 bedrooms on the first floor, sleeping 6 people in total.



The private pool at the front of the house has its own jacuzzi and can be heated in winter months for an additional fee, the basement games room is a great place for the family to enjoy with TV, pool table and dart board. 



The home has outside space to sit and enjoy a meal or just to relax with a drink. The main bedroom on the first floor also has a balcony and the house also has a small patio area at the rear of the property.



The home is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances including fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, hob, washing machine, hairdryer and iron. The flat screen TV provides Spanish TV channels and Netflix is supplied free of charge, as well as the fast free WiFi Internet.

The property is very well presented, with most of it usable space. I knew after reading a few reviews that the check in process wasn’t going to be straight forward for us but after a few phone calls, they opened the door remotely. The property isn’t close to the beach or the main area for the restaurants, we knew this and were happy to walk, a few restaurants and bars are within a 5 minute walk, the 4 main supermarkets are 10 minutes away and the main area for eating and drinking are approx 15 minutes away, whilst the beach is 20 minutes walk. All the e walking is on the flat so no hills to negotiate. We did have a few issues over the 10 days and these were addressed on the day we reported them so would recommend this property

Budget accommodation

Main bedroom and bathroom was nice and airy, the other 2 bedrooms adequate. The bedroom downstairs was unacceptable but the owner explained that this was going to be converted to a games room eventually. Fridge was also going to be replaced. Electronic key didn't work for us and we had to make several calls during our stay because we were locked out. With 8 people in the casa we needed at least 2 keys. There should be a meet and greet service available - took us 2 days to find iron and ironing board!
