It has a communal pool (open dates to confirm seasonally), and it's one minute walking distance from the beach.In the same development there is a Bakery and many shops, restaurants, chemist's and bars around.Only 3 minutes walking distance there is a big supermarket (Spar)Located around 10 minutes walking distance from the Tomás Maestre Marina, an area full of bars, restaurants, shops and a big Supermarket (Supercor) next to who a streetmarket takes place every Saturday morning.In this area, Tomás Maesstre, there is a Multi Sport Center with tennis, paddle and footbal courts, and with very complete interior installations, such as a gym with sea views, all the installations can be used by visitors, which can also enjoy the large number of classes like Zumba, Pilates...Dogs allowed with prior notice (25€ fee for the whole stay).Smoking inside of the apartment is not allowed.
