Simply cannot say enough about our stay at Table Rock Jungle Lodge. The hospitality of the staff truly made this an unforgettable experience. Everyone knew us by name and they were constantly working to make sure we had exactly what we wanted, from custom meals to custom adventures. The location and grounds cannot be beaten if you're looking for a riverfront, jungle experience that's eco-friendly but still incredibly comfortable with all the amenities you'd expect at a large resort. With only 10 lodges, we frequently had the pool and hiking trails to ourselves. Free use of the canoes and tubes along with the on-site organic farm and animals provided plenty of options for activities. Highly recommend canoeing upstream to the Belize Botanical Gardens (90 min paddle) or visiting The Lodge at Chaa Creek (5 min paddle) if you want to explore other areas.

Hotel grounds and surroundings are breathtaking. You come here to be in the jungle and experience nature. There is plenty to see and do on site so give yourself a day to enjoy the hotel (hiking, canoeing, tubing, feeding animals) if possible. Staff is so nice and make you feel at home. It’s a small place so they learn your names and make you feel special. Food at the restaurant is excellent and different every day. We stayed in aracari which shares a wall with another unit and seems to have less privacy than other cabins so take that into consideration when booking. Our only hiccup was with the phone provided. The hotel is off the grid so they give you a cell in case you need to contact anyone (no landline in the room). It seems like a great idea but is easy to damage when having fun in the jungle and carries a $100 charge so be careful! Overall a wonderful stay and highly recommended.. even if you fall in the river with a phone!

We loved Table Rock - it's much smaller than some of the lodges/resorts, which makes it feel much more intimate. Every part about it was excellent. I think it would be challenging with little kids but bigger ones would do great. I will definitely return.

Gorgeous location and relatively close to downtown San ignacio- enjoyed the hikes around the property, free fruit straight from the trees and welcoming staff. Breakfast was quite great! Could have used AC, but it's an eco lodge so the fans were great all things considered.

I traveled to Belize with a couple friends and their infant daughter who was turning 1-year old on our first night at Table Rock. Elejio was very personable and made check-in seamless. He escorted us to our cabin and gave a thorough orientation to the premises. We had traveled from San Pedro that day and had not eaten since breakfast. Elejio got us in for a late lunch and they surprised all of us with a birthday treat for the baby. Afterwards we just relaxed around the grounds as there is so much to do here that you could easily stay a couple days without leaving. Our next day we visited Xunantunich as the location of the lodge makes a central starting point to see many of the ruins. We drove ourselves and hired a guide at the ruins. When we returned to our cabin, we took it easy the rest of the day as we were returned home the following morning. Overall, our stay was amazing! I have traveled all over the world and can legitimately say I have never encountered a better staff. Every person we encountered was welcoming and was more than willing to distract the baby during meals so that we could eat. Elejio is a priceless employee and a genuinely interesting guy to talk to as we all shared a 45 minute conversation after breakfast. The cabins are rustic with running water, lights and fans. There is no air-conditioning but none of us missed it. It was great to unplug (despite the available wifi at the palapa).

We had a wonderful stay at Table Rock Jungle Lodge. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful to us. Their recommendations for excursions were excellent and they were very willing to assist us in making arrangements. The room was beautiful and I will miss hearing the howler monkeys every morning! The grounds were gorgeous and the rooms very private. I can't say enough good things about Table Rock and I will definitely recommend it to friends!
