The owner and staff at the hotel were very friendly and helped me find transportation. I visited for a ski trip at the end of the year and had booked two hotels, so I needed a ride from one to the other. I knew it wouldn’t be easy, but it turned out to be much harder than I expected! Since it was the end of the year and taxis aren’t the main mode of transportation in the Dolomites, I struggled to reach any taxi companies. However, the owner and staff went above and beyond to help me. They kept calling different taxi companies, speaking in Italian over and over, and after five or six tries, they finally found a ride for me! I truly appreciate their effort and kindness.

Don’t Bother

Room for improvement as our room was very old and some furniture was broken such as the wardrobe, the bathroom was greatly outdated and the shower curtains was broken. The rooms door also had a large gap underneath it which meant we could hear everyone passing by clear as day and the view from our room was very disappointing! The only benefit was that we got checked in early but for the room we were given I was in no rush to stay in it.

Beautiful stay

Solo traveler. Found a decently priced single bed in town. All he comforts needed with an amazing view of the Dolomites. Right across the street from the bus to take you hiking. Bus to and from down is 200 meters down the road, a nice easy walk.

Group stay, very good price. Rooms in the new part of the hotel are really nice but the old part of the hotel really needs refurbishment.

Budget hotel

This hotel could be great but unfortunately is run down. Staff were not very helpful and the breakfast was terrible... never have I had such bad coffee in Italy. Our room was clean but small. The shower was good, however our sink taps only worked intermittently. The room are NOT sound proof.

The Italian Job!

A good location for this hotel, nice staff. However the beds were a bit uncomfortable, too hard for my liking. Plus the breakfast selection was very poor. No hot food available just hard rolls, jams, cereal, ham & cheese. Mind you the coffee was good at breakfast. Only these two issues spoilt out stay!

Nice hotel. Easy to move around.

Positive and helpful stuff, easy to communicate, good English. Clean rooms, vey few customers on this time. Breakfast real Italian, any fruits would be good. Nice mountain view. A little bit noisy on rooms the side of traffic, but after some night it was ok. Hotel location is good- easy to move around.

Hotel comodo in centro a Pozza

Il Monzoni Ăš un hotel in pieno centro a Pozza di Fassa, comodissimo per raggiungere le varie attrazioni del posto in pochi passi. Pulito, con camere piccole ma confortevoli, unica pecca ma solp per la mia disabilitĂ  la nostra camera era accessibile tramite due rampe di scale, avrei dovuto chiedere il cambio stanza, ma lo farĂČ la prossima volta senza dubbio se dovesse capitare. La colazione completa di tutto era ottima. Noi ci siamo trovate bene , torneremo sicuramente quando torneremo a Pozza.

Tant Ă  la rĂ©ception que de la part du directeur, nous avons rencontrĂ© une Ă©quipe d’une grande disponibilitĂ© et d’une remarquable flexibilitĂ©, qui a tout mis en Ɠuvre pour rĂ©pondre Ă  nos demandes de derniĂšre minute, et ce malgrĂ© la haute saison. Nous ne pouvons donc que chaleureusement recommander cet Ă©tablissement, non seulement pour la qualitĂ© irrĂ©prochable de son service et la propretĂ© des chambres, mais aussi pour ses tarifs attractifs et son dĂ©licieux buffet de petit-dĂ©jeuner.
