The location of the house is exceptional: the Buffaure cable car is only 200 meters away, as well as the supermarket, bars, and restaurants. You can enjoy the town of Pozza di Fassa without even moving your car.

This small but very welcoming four-room apartment has everything you might need: two single rooms, one double bedroom, kitchen area with dishwasher, wifi, dining area with small balcony and common basement area for skis/bicycles. The four sleeping spots are comfortable and allow the grandmother/aunt or two children to have their own privacy and independence.

The bathroom has a spacious shower and the electric boiler regulates the production of sanitary hot water.

The parking space is a condominium parking lot and is exclusive to the building thanks to the remote-controlled barrier.

The materials are precious and refined: the Tiffany lamps are elegant and of high quality (for which care must be taken not to break them) and recall ancient periods, the floors are in parquet, the furnishings are in light-colored custom-made wood... nothing is left to chance.

To best preserve the condition of the furnishings, animals are NOT allowed.
