Just Memorable

Al Rustico was our home away from home! Signora Rita was the most caring and friendliest host ever! Her smile always made our day. Mum and I highly recommend a stay at Al Rustico. For us it was a central location allowing us to visit the paesi (towns) around Balzone. This residence is clean with everything we needed to make it a comfortable stay. Many thanks Al Rustico......

Cosy house in beautiful part of Italy

We enjoyed a lovely week at this beautiful house. The house has a nice garden, which you share with the friendly owner, Rita. The house itself is cosy, clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the fireplace, as the evenings we're a bit chilly (oct). This part of Italy is a bit of a hidden gem. We will certainly return!

Maison sympathique et tranquille, très bien situé pour visiter tous les sites intéressants du Friuli ainsi que Trieste, les lagunes etc. La propriétaire - qui habite à coté - est aimable et discrète et disponible pour toute demande. L' équipement est assez simple mais correct, très bon rapport qualité-prix. A recommander sans hésitation à ceux qui n'ont pas besoin du grand luxe...

Gemütliche Wohnung, sehr nette Gastgeberin!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in San Giovanni al Natione. Es war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Ausflugsziele z. B. nach Udine, Triest, cividale de Friuli! Besonders schön fanden wir auch den Rilkeweg in der Nähe von Duino! Rita ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, die uns mithilfe des Google- Übersetzers einige hilfreiche Tipps geben konnte. Wenn wir nochmal in die Gegend fahren, kommen wir gerne wieder!

Heerlijke plek, veel privacy en rust.

Wij verbleven met onze twee tieners een week in deze woning met mooie Binnenhof. De ontvangst was zeer hartelijk en de hosts waren zeer behulpzaam. In het binnenhofje kun Je heerlijk buiten eten aan een grote tafel. Binnen konden wij ook de houtkachel gebruiken. We hebben erg genoten en komen graag terug!

2 Wochen im Ferienhaus Al Rustico

Das Ferienhaus liegt im Teilort Bolzano von San Giovanni al Natisone. Wir waren von der Unterkunft und der Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Vermieterin Rita Gladich begeistert. Da sie nur italienisch spricht, wir aber auch ein wenig italienisch sprechen, war die Verständigung kein Problem. Das Ferienhaus bildet, wie das Bild zeigt, mit dem Haupthaus und einem weiteren Ferienhaus ein Reihenhaus-Ensemble mit einem schönen abschließbaren Innenhof und einem Carport für das Auto. Im Hof gibt es einen Schatten spendenden Maulbeerbaum und einem großen Tisch mit ausreichenden Sitzplätzen, den wir für unsere Mahlzeiten gerne genutzt haben. Im Erdgeschoss des Ferienhauses befindet sich eine rustikale, schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnküche und ein WC und Bidet. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und einem Duschbad mit WC und Bidet. Für ganz heiße Nächte gibt es eine Klimaanlage, die wir wärend der heißen Tage im August allerdings nur einmal genutzt haben. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Für Einkäufe des täglichen Bedarfs gibt es ca 1,5 km entfernt einen EuroSpar-Supermarkt. Eine Bemerkung zum Schluss: Da das Ferienhaus über Interchalet vermittelt wurde, haben wir von dort leider falsche Adressdaten erhalten. Das Ferienhaus Al Rustico ist in der Straße "Via Zorrutti 12" und nicht in der Straße "Via Pietro Zorrutti 12". es gibt beide Straßen in San Giovanni al Natisone. Wir hatte große Mühe, letztendlich Al Rustico zu finden. Die angegebenen Koordinaten sowie der QR-Code sind allerdings korrekt.

Rustikal,gemütlich und sehr sauber

Zwei Wochen originales Italien, tolle Unterkunft auf zwei Ebenen mit allem was man braucht.Im OG ein Schlafzimmer mit guten Betten (wir haben herrlich geschlafen) und einem grossen Bad mit grosser Dusche. Im EG ist eine grosse Küchenzeile mit vier Gaskochstellen und ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden. Bequeme Sessel und ein grosser Esstisch runden das Bild ab. Ebenso eine zusätzliche Toilette. Man könnte meinen, man ist in der Toscana,mit der wunderschönen alten Holzdecke. Im Garten befindet sich ein grosser Tisch mit zwei Bänken unter einem wunder- schönem Maulbeerbaum, der zugleich als Sonnenschirm fungierte.Wir haben täglich dort gefrühstückt,in diesem wunderschönen mit viel Liebe gepflegten und Blumengeschmückten Innenhof. Das Auto wurde im Garten geparkt. Ausflüge in die Umgebung z.B.ins nahe Weinbaugebiet Collio, oder gleich über die nahe Grenze nach Slowenien an die Soca ( Ital.Isonzo ) oder südl. ans Meer i.d.Nähe von Monfalcone an den Badestrand Lulia ( max.30 Min. Fahrzeit ) Auch Triest und Udine,sowie die Stadt mit dem besten Schinken San Daniele sind einen Ausflug wert. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub,Sprachschwierigkeiten gab es fast nicht,da Rita diese mit ihrem Handy übersetzte. Noch ein Hinweis,das wunderschöne Haus, auf den Bildern ist das verputzte, beige Wohnhaus. Ein idaler Standort für viele Ausflüge und beste Erholung Hans-Jürgen/ Angela Lairitz Passau

Malerische Unterkunft im ursprünglichen Italien

Sehr freundliche und hilfreiche Vermieterin, die einen jeden Tag freundlich begrüßt und Tipps auf Lager hat. Gemütliches Appartment, das zu einer Seite in den ruhigen und malerischen Innenhof zeigt, mit der anderen Seite zur Straße mit morgendlichem Verkehr. Empfehlenswert in der Übergangszeit ist es, den Holzofen zu heizen, sehr gemütliche Wärme, während die Heizungspauschale 10 Euro pro Tag ist, wenn man die Thermenheizung wählt. Speziell das Bad ist komfortabel und schön, breite Dusche, schönes Waschbecken mit breitem Marmortisch umrandet, sauber! Uriger Hauptraum mit komfortabler Küchenzeile, gut sortiert, geräumig. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten verschiedener gut sortierter günstiger Supermärkte in der Nähe. Herrliche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Wandern, Städtebesichtigungen (Udine, Cividale del Friuli, Nova Gorica, Palmanova, Grado, Triest). Leben und Urlauben im originalen Italien inmitten goldener Weinberge im Herbst, das war unsere beste Erholung.

empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung über zwei Etagen

Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und gepflegt und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, ohne überladen zu wirken. Alle Geräte funktionieren, vor allem auch die Klimaanlage. Im Garten gibt es einen großen schattigen Tisch mit Bänken und einen überdachten Autostellplatz. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und der "gute Geist des Hauses". Wir haben auch bei über 30 ° C im Schatten eine kühle Wohnung nach unseren Ausflügen vorgefunden. Vom Standort aus lassen sich viele Touren unternehmen (Richtung Norden ins Gebirge, Richtung Süden ans Meer, man ist mit dem Auto nicht länger als eine Stunde unterwegs und viele kleine sehenswerte Orte sind mit 20-30 Autominuten erreichbar, geht auch gut für´s Radfahren. Lohnt sich!
