Honesty in advertising?

Nice location in the Nebrodi Mountains.The room was not as advertised- it said the room was 40 sq. m. but was closer to 8 sq. m.The hotel was OK but requires more regular cleaning-lots of dead flies and dust.The breakfast was very basic.

not worth the long drive into the mountains

not a very friendly place to stay, our reservation got 'lost' and we weren't sure if there is space for us... we booked and paid two double rooms and were given a double and a bad smelling single with a bath without toilet seat in the end (had to complain and finally got the two doubles we paid for). we did not feel we were welcome in the rifugio. no information on the surroundings were given at all and the food wasn't as good as expected. the rooms were okay in the end but the bath really small, you can't open the door without slamming it straight into the sink behind the door. the service at the so called bar was very poor, too, they did not even have any italian beer!

Das Rifugio liegt sehr schön, idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wandern MTB. Frühstück sollte es ab 7:30 geben. Die Betreiber waren aber erst gegen 8:00 bereit, Frühstück zu servieren. Preise sind OK. Abendessen war sehr gut.
