We enjoyed the location. Many great choices to eat. Walking distance to the beach. The garden at the hotel is Lucious. Our room did not have a TV, which was fine. Very nice to have the front gate closed in the evening. Also great to have a night watchman.

Overall wonderful room with kitchenette. Our room was on the ground floor which did not offer as much privacy to leave the curtains or door open but it was convenient being close to the pool. We were welcomed by a very friendly host on the first day prior to our checkin when we inquired if we could check in early. However the next day when we came to check in the lady at the front desk was rude and not at all keen on making our experience enjoyable. We still had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

I loved this hotel! I wish I could live here. The attention to detail is impeccable and the property is stunning. Beautiful architecture, beautiful and tasteful design, everything is so aesthetic! The rooms were clean and well organized. The beds very comfortable, the bathroom clean, the kitchenette was perfect. There was filtered water in the room, a recycling bag and even a compost bucket! Really they have thought of everything. The pool is beautiful and there is plenty of space to lounge even though this is a small boutique hotel. Foot washing station when you come in from the beach, shower by the pool and bathroom with a shower near the pool. Oh, and a yoga loft upstairs for guests. Amazing! Seriously, if I could live here, I would!

This place is awesome. It’s a five minute walk to everything. Each member of the staff is outstanding. The hotel itself is very nice and clean. The pool is great. I loved staying here and will do so again when. I return to San Pancho.

The least favorite hotel in San Pancho that we stayed in and we've stayed in several. The location is fine, the hotel has a nice tropical feel to it but the room was not clean, the walls had stains on them, the bathroom shower had stains and overall the place felt unkept and was unpleasant. There were ants all over even with no food out, loud party people waking us up at 2am and a staff that seemed like they didn't want to be bothered. The construction across the street went on until way past 5-6pm which made it virtually impossible to go back to the room to get some rest before dinner only to start back up again early in the am. Will never go back and never recommend it to anyone. Rooms need a serious paint job and bathrooms need deep cleaning.
