The parking was nice to have but the checking in and out process leaves so much room for improvement. Trini hospitality is very much needed in this department. You have the worst cancellation policy in the Hotel industry so you should be at the top of your game to make it worthwhile. The loud private party should be something you warn your guest in advance not with a piece of paper when you check in.

The location was very convenient and I could easily walk to places. I like that right across the street there were places to eat. The room was serviced daily which was very nice. The staff in general were quite lovely. I would have liked more local food options. I definitely recommend staying there and would stay there in the future. Special thank you to Liam who did an amazing job with my arrangements and assisting with transportation from the airport!
