Condo 15-2 is a true San Felipe gem that will make your San Felipe vacation unforgettable. All your concerns and worries will be evaporate as soon as you set foot inside this wonderful modern home.
This two level home is located right along the 18-hole golf course in San Felipe promises awesome panoramic views of the golf course and Sea of Cortez.
As a two level home, there is lots of space for 6 guests which is also the maximum occupancy of this rental. The first bedroom on the ground floor has a queen bed and private bathroom. From the this bedroom, head out to the patio and enjoy the sunshine.
The second bedroom is on the second floor and has a king size bed and private bathroom with tub, shower and his and her sink. French doors open to a patio overlooking the golf course.
The living room has plenty of space and feels very airy thanks to high ceilings. Two brown sofas contrast beautifully with blue and brown painted walls. A flat screen TV with satellite TV hook up allows you to catch your favorite TV shows.
The fully stocked kitchen is ready for preparing your favorite meals. All the standard kitchen utensils are provided. The kitchen island with bar stools is a favorite spot to catch up and plan for a day of fun filled activities.
Our private beach is just a short walk away - the beach is popular for it's baby waives. If you'd like a bit more excitement, banana boats regularly come by and can be rented for 30 minutes or longer.
Should you prefer swimming pool, you'll have a choice of 3 swimming pools in our resort. The bigger pool - La Palapa, has an adjacent bar and restaurant.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND ASK IF NOT CLEAR - Maximum occupancy 6 guests. - This rental comes with 4 pool passes only! - If 6 adults rent, only 4 adults can access the pool. - Children 12 years and under do not need pool pass
Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests. Office issuing the passes closes by 4:30PM. If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool. Passes will need to be picked up the following day.
A $100 security deposit, not included in the rental amount is required on arrival. This amount is charged to your credit or debit card on arrival. On departure, provided no damage or missing items in the rental, the $100 will be refunded to your card.
This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.
BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos. It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area Another option is to use the BBQ service of on-site Pavilion restaurant
Monthly Rentals: Utilities (Internet, electricity, water, propane and cable TV) are additional. A utility security deposit is required from monthly renters and will added to reservation amount.
NOTE: Off road vehicles are no longer permitted in La Ventana del Mar section of El Dorado Ranch. Exception is made for race teams participating in races like Baja 250 and Baja 1,000. Please ask if not clear.
