Welcome to Casa de Cortez! This brand new, spacious home with stunning views and a private pool & spa, is also just a 3 minute walk to the beach!

Located in the private gated campo of La Perla Del Mar, a 10 minute drive from downtown San Felipe. Make yourself at home at this luxurious, relaxing villa. 3 Bedrooms- Each with their own ensuite bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen, outdoor dining area, BBQ, & fully furnished patio.

Pool and Spa can be heated for an extra fee, message us for details.

Please let us know if you are bringing a pet. Guests are allowed to have a maximum of 2 pets.
