The second bedroom includes a work desk and sitting area with a queen bed, ideal for kids or adults. The laundry room doubles as a third bedroom with a twin bed, and the main living area offers a full-size pull-out couch — comfortably sleeping 6-8 guests. This San Felipe Vacation Rental boasts a lovely rear porch for outdoor dining, perfect for enjoying meals under the Baja sun. The home is fully air-conditioned and heated for year-round comfort, and tastefully decorated with satellite TV and a DVD player.
As a resort resident, you'll have access to two swimming pools, six tennis courts, four pickleball courts, a private beach, and three on-site restaurants.
