House is located in the quiet Villas San Francisco community located just minutes South from downtown San Felipe. This is a residental community with friendly neighbors. Out of courtesy to the neigbhors, strictly no loud music allowed outside by the pool.
Race teams or others coming with trailers will love this house parking - there is a nearby lot to park your trailers.
Pool depth 1.2 - 1.5 meters
Check-in time 3PM - 7:30PM. After 8PM, there is a late check-in fee of $25
