Beautiful San Felipe Getaway

Come enjoy this beautifully decorated 2-bedroom 2-bath La Ventana Del Mar getaway in El Dorado Ranch, San Felipe. La Ventana del Mar being the prime section of El Dorado ranch, this unit is close to all the amenities including swimming pool, tennis courts, golf course and lots more. The sleek kitchen with island, complete with state of the art stainless steel appliances and beautiful wood cabinets has an island that doubles as a breakfast bar. Island counter tops have a granite finishing and three bar chairs.

Should you need to do laundry during an extended San Felipe vacation, there is a washer and dryer conveniently located in the laundry room, right by the the entrance. Throughout, the home is furnished in subdued tropical colors, all adding to the modern style feel. The total effect is one of being open yet welcoming.

This unit sleep 6 guests; a king size bed in master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest room. Sit on the balcony and watch the sunset over the horizon, or stroll down the walkway to the beach and get some sand between your toes!

El Dorado ranch resort has 24-hour patrolled security, so it is very secure. In addition, a two car attached garage is available for renters to park cars and vacation toys.

Maximum occupancy 6 guests.
This rental comes with 4 pool passes only!
If 6 adults rent, only 4 adults can access the pool.
Children 12 years and under do not need pool pass

Pool Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests.  Office issuing the passes closes by 4:30PM.  If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool.  Passes will need to be picked up the following day.

A $100 security deposit, not included in the rental amount is required on arrival.  This amount is charged to your credit or debit card on arrival. On departure, provided no damage or missing items in the rental, the $100 will be refunded to your card. 

This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.  

BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos.
It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area 
Another option is to use the BBQ service of on-site Pavilion restaurant

NOTE:  Off road vehicles are not  permitted in La Ventana del Mar.  Exception made for race teams.  Alternatively, you may rent a house on the mountain side of El Dorado Ranch, or rent in another community in which we have a homes.
