Beach Front Home

Enjoy the best beach in San Felipe only 3 miles south of town with easy paved road access to our gated community. This newer home has a private entrance just steps off the beach. The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator freezer, with icemaker door dispenser and a reverse osmosis water purification system, dishwasher and garbage disposal. The bedroom is nicely furnished with a king size bed,walk in closet, shower and soaker tub. The living room includes a foldout sofa and 40" tv connected to wifi. There is a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Views of the beach from the kitchen, dining and living room.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer, a coffee maker, and a phone.
