Two adjacent two-story beachfront villas, offering everything your group needs under one booking. Step out your door and directly onto the sandy beach, where the soft lapping of Sea of Cortez waves sets the tone for your entire stay.
One villa is a decorator model home featuring sweeping spiral stairs leading into an open-concept living and dining area, with an upgraded granite kitchen and additional eating bar. The second villa offers a smart two-story layout with an upper-floor kitchen opening onto a private patio and two ground-floor queen bedrooms for easy accessibility.

Sleeps up to 12 guests across six furnished bedrooms. Maximum occupancy of 12 guests — adults and children combined — is strictly enforced by the resort.

Monthly Rentals: Available — utilities (internet, electricity, water, propane) billed separately
ATVs/Off-Road Vehicles: Not permitted in the community (exception: sanctioned race events)
