This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom San Felipe Vacation Rental is located on Ranchito Percebu, a small resort with only 6 buildings in the entire community — perfect for peace and quiet to enjoy the beach, sun, and some beers poolside. The first bedroom provides a king-size bed. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, as does the third bedroom. The kitchen area is fully equipped for all your cooking and dining needs. The dining table seats 4 guests, and you are also provided with dining utensils. The living area is comfortable with satellite TV.

The property is located on a small beachfront ranch inside the Percebu community, with about 7 buildings total — 5 are rental homes, 1 is a restaurant, and the other is the owner's house. The pool facilities and giant palapa are shared among the 5 rental homes. There are on-site cooking and maintenance teams in case you have any type of inconvenience — or if you simply want a delicious authentic Mexican meal. This San Felipe Vacation Rental sleeps 6 guests comfortably. For up to 10 guests, please bring air mattresses or cots. Please bring towels for pool and beach use. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. After 8PM, there is a $25 late check-in fee.
