Set within a seventeenth-century palazzo surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, La Grande Cucina and La Bella Scuderia are two charming apartments designed for those who wish to experience Lake Garda with style and elegance.



The result of a recent and meticulous renovation, the apartments preserve the historic soul of the building while reinterpreting it through a contemporary lens: exposed stone walls, original architectural details and high-end modern furnishings come together in a refined and harmonious balance.



Every space has been thoughtfully designed to offer comfort, functionality and a sophisticated aesthetic, ideal for discerning couples and detail-oriented travellers.



Although each apartment has its own identity and atmosphere, they share the same high standards of quality, the same attention to materials and furnishings, and a coherent design concept. At the time of booking, one of the two apartments will be assigned according to availability, with no possibility to choose between them. In either case, guests are guaranteed an experience of the same high standard.



The Apartments



Both apartments welcome guests into bright and harmonious spaces, where history meets contemporary design.



The spacious and carefully designed double bedrooms feature open wardrobes with luggage racks. In one of the apartments, an antique wrought-iron headboard evokes the early twentieth century, while in the other, natural light takes centre stage, enhanced by large windows overlooking the garden.



The living areas are arranged as welcoming and modern open-plan spaces, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable sitting area with Smart TV and a convenient double sofa bed. Exposed stone walls, carefully designed lighting and the harmonious combination of historic materials with contemporary lines create refined and distinctive interiors.



The elegant and functional bathrooms feature spacious walk-in showers, designed for moments of pure relaxation. Each apartment is also equipped with a practical and fully fitted laundry area.



The apartments are designed to accommodate two guests, offering an intimate and carefully curated experience. Young children are also very welcome: upon request, we will be happy to provide thoughtful amenities such as a high chair, cot and baby bathtub, ensuring comfort and peace of mind for the whole family.



Note: For groups of up to 4 friends, it is possible, subject to availability, to rent the La Bella Scuderia and La Grande Cucina apartments together. The two apartments are interconnected, offering a total area of 81 sqm.



The two apartments are connected by a high-quality door, which provides a good level of sound insulation and privacy. As the apartments are interconnected, guests may nevertheless hear some noise coming from the other apartment at certain times.



An Exclusive Setting



The Palazzo's spacious and beautifully maintained garden is shared by the three residences and invites guests to enjoy the outdoors in complete freedom. Guests can stroll through the greenery, have lunch or dinner under the shared gazebo, or enjoy moments of greater privacy at the private outdoor table dedicated to each apartment. Sun loungers complete the experience, offering the perfect setting to relax in the tranquillity and enjoy the sunshine of Lake Garda.



Surrounded by rows of vineyards and centuries-old olive groves, Palazzo Trevignane offers an authentic experience immersed in a bucolic landscape, where the rhythms of nature accompany every moment of the day. The sounds of the countryside and the peaceful surroundings make this the ideal place to alternate moments of pure relaxation with pleasant walks through the Tenuta's vineyards.



Adjacent to the apartments is the family winery, offering guests the exclusive opportunity to discover and purchase a selection of the Tenuta's wines, extra virgin olive oil and grappa, taking home an authentic expression of the local area.



For the sake of the Palazzo's appearance, guests are kindly requested not to hang clothes or towels outside the building.



The Location



Trevignane is an ancient hamlet of Portese and home to Tenuta Novelli, where the family winery has been operating since 1947: an authentic, discreet setting immersed in nature.



Restaurants, a traditional osteria, bars and a minimarket are approximately 500 m away on foot.

The historic centre of San Felice del Benaco is approximately 1 km away on foot.

Iconic beaches such as Baia del Vento, Portese and the San Felice harbour are less than 2 km away on foot.

Salò is just a 5-minute drive away.

Golf courses and spas are easily accessible.
