Great location in Gaslamp Quarter

We stayed at this condo for 31 days in Jan-Feb 2025. Everything went well and we were pleased to see that the condo was exactly as described. It is in a perfect location in the Gaslamp Quarter. Close to the Embarcadero, Ferry to Coronado, and many restaurants and bars. CVS pharmacy is directly downstairs, and Ralph's grocery store is about a 6 minute walk. The Embarcadero is a 10 minute walk and the ferry to Coronado is right on the Embarcadero. Everything is very convenient! We loved the corner unit and it provided us with loads of natural light during the day and a beautiful night scene with the gaslamps,etc. creating a warm glow. We enjoyed looking out at the street scene at night! Always a lot going on. Our host, Nick, was very responsive to our request of a toaster! It arrived the next day. This is a nice well-kept building and there are secure measures in place.We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. The facility was well equipped with all the necessities. Great location in downtown San Diego. Convenient and close to many restaurants. Plenty of parking spaces including guests space.

This was our second stay at this property. As he was in our first stay, Nick was very responsive to any questions or issues raised. The propery is perfectly located in Gaslamp, was in very good condition, and suited our needs. We would not hesitate to use this property again, or any other property Nick might represent.

Very good Gaslamp stay

Everyting was as advertised. There was an a.c. outage which was not the fault of the property owner. He took all reasonable steps to resolve the problem. A nice property in a perfect location.
