About this property

Petite Maison, La Laguna

Welcome to Petite Maison, a cosy apartment located in San Cristóbal de La Laguna, one of Tenerife's main urban centres. Designed for 2 to 4 people, this space is perfectly laid out with one bedroom, a full bathroom, a practical work area and a comfortable living-dining room. Its excellent location puts you just a few minutes from the tram and bus station, providing quick and easy connections to the whole island.

San Cristóbal de La Laguna, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a historical and cultural treasure that invites you to immerse yourself in its charms. This historic town, with its prestigious recognition, transports you back to the island's heyday.

Founded in 1497 by the governor Alonso Fernández de Lugo, La Laguna was strategically located inland to protect it from pirate attacks. This decision made it the first capital of Tenerife, concentrating all the power of the island. As you stroll through its cobbled and perfectly aligned streets, you will notice the influence of its urban design, which served as a model for many colonial cities in America. La Laguna has managed to preserve its original 15th-century layout, offering an authentic journey through time.

In its streets, you will find a wide range of cultural attractions, from museums and historic buildings to art galleries. The local cuisine will delight your palate, and the leisure options will allow you to enjoy a vibrant and authentic atmosphere.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

No tengo ninguna crítica. La estancia estuvo de acuerdo, o incluso más allá, de mis expectativas.
