Fiasco

We were never given access to the property. We never got a reply from the property manager despite calling and leaving voicemails and messaging them. We spent hours on the phone with VRBO to make alternate arrangements which were on a day by day basis. They got us hotel rooms, but no hot tub, kitchen or living space.
