The apartment was close to the most interesting things to do in Bariloche. They were very attentive upon our arrival and took care of everything.

Great apartment in an amazing location with a lovely view. Very close to the bus stop to get to lots of hikes. Cozy place and the hosts were very helpful. Felt very safe and secure. No AC in the apartment I was in but you can regulate the temperature by opening the windows.

Excellent stay in a beautiful condo!

The view of Lago Nahuel Huapi and the cathedral was spectacular! The day we got in, it was raining heavily and Eduardo at the office stayed later to ensure we had a list of places to eat as well as to buy warmer clothes which we had not packed.

Ubicación excelente en zona céntrica, para conocer Bariloche ciudad a pie, y muy fácil accesos a agencias de paseos. Excelente localização, aquecimento, toalhas, cama, atendimento, tinha até café, chás, sal... Limpeza poderia ser melhor. Em nosso quarto Otto, tivemos problemas com muita condensação, gerando um desconforto para nós, pois o quarto ficava sempre com aquele aspecto de úmido. Relatamos o problema ao estabelecimento, nos atenderam secando e limpando os locais úmidos, trocaram os desumidificadores, mas mesmo assim não resolveu. Como não tinham quartos disponíveis, eles não conseguiram nos realocar. Resolvemos essa questão deixando a janela do quarto entre aberta o tempo todo. Apesar desse inconveniente, eles se mostraram bem atenciosos para tentar resolver.

Localização e conforto

O prédio é super bem localizado, próximo ao comércio e vários bons restaurantes, bem conveniente para a saída dos passeios também. A unidade em que ficamos era super bem equipada, pratos, talheres, copos, tudo em ordem. A cama é boa, chuveiro excelente e o aquecedor funcionando. O único porém é que, caso vc tenha vizinhos barulhentos no prédio como nós tivemos, o som vaza bastante para dentro do apartamento. Enfim, gostamos e voltaríamos.

Apartamento confortável e bem localizado

Estadia muito boa. O apartamento é bem localizado, limpo e seguro. Fica em um dos cruzamentos da rua Mitre. Dica: Quem alugar um carro, deverá sofrer um pouco para encontrar vaga, pois a área é bastante disputada por motoristas. Tive problemas com o sistema elétrico. Por várias vezes, o dijuntor disparou devido a um curto com o fogão elétrico. Colocaria um box no banheiro, porque o sistema de curtina não isola a área molhada da seca. Considero uma ótima relação custo x benefício.

Localização e conforto

Boa localização; cama e travesseiros firmes e muito bons; amenidades como café, açúcar, sal, papel toalha, que fazem a diferença. Nos dois últimos dias a água não esquentava bem e durante toda a estadia o vizinho de cima fazia muito barulho de arrastar móveis. Mencionei os dois problemas por WhatsApp mas não tive retorno.
