A+ loc, very simple, does’nt have reception desk.

The building is conveniently located. However, the apartment itself is very very simple, wasn’t that clean and the building does not have a 24/7 reception desk as it appear listed.

The Worst Experience ever ( Disgusting)

This place is absolutely disgusting, the apartment smell like wet dog( worst than that ), the bathroom super dirty, we have to sleep in our cloth because the bed smelled so bad, the same the towels. Don’t let The pictures showed in the site fool you I will post my view. Do not, I repeat Do not book this disgusting place. Save yourself headache and troubles.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA. Que hará Hoteles.com?

Horrible experiencia. Viajamos desde Chile con mi familia (bebé incluido). A las 10:00 de la mañana nos echaron a gritos por parte del administrador del departamento, aparentemente por habernos estacionado (sin saber) en un lugar que no correspondía al dpto alquilado. El dueño de los estacionamientos es una persona distinta al de los departamentos y muy agresiva. Al parecer el que arrienda el departamento es sólo un empleado de él y muy poco influyente, sólo se limitaba a decirle "si señor". Jamás defendió a sus huéspedes, por el contrario; nos echó teniendo todo pagado anticipadamente. Llegamos con las maletas a nuestro auto para irnos y este estaba chocado en la parte trasera por una camioneta al parecer de otro empleado del verdadero dueño de todo (el señor de los estacionamiento) impidiendo que nos fuéramos antes de pagarle 15 dólares. En ese momento ya habían 5 matones contando a la persona a la cual le arrendamos a través de esta página. Sólo logramos irnos cuando saqué el teléfono para llamar a la policía local, momento en el cual movieron la camioneta que chocaba mi auto contra el muro y en medio de amenazas se fueron todos. La verdad es que desconozco cual fue el motivo de tanta agresividad, al parecer un conflicto entre la persona que arrienda el dpto y el tipo de los estacionamientos, pero fue un momento muy muy desagradable y peligroso, irregular e ilegal, del cual me arrepiento no haber denunciado a la policia, por temor a las amenazas. Y NOS COBRARON DOS NOCHES

Hospedagem com pontos a melhorar

A localização é boa, o apto tbm é bom, exceto que não tinha internet, falei com a proprietária ela me passou duas senhas e ambas diziam que estava errada e não conectou. A cama não é confortável e os lençóis eram velhos e aparentavam estar sujos.

Según cómo lo publican me costo entender cual duplex me tocaría si con vista al lago o no, si incluía el estacionamiento o no , yo personalmente no encontré mando parte donde aclare si es pago, me toco sin vista al lago, y el ventanal estás de una vista muy fea y con edificios atrás q te ven de todos lados por loq tenes q estar encerrado con cortinas siempre, quitando ese detalle, todo lo demás excelente! Ubicación perfecta , comodidades impecables , dos baños! Súper calefacción! Anfitrión amable ! Vale la pena ! Impagable si te toca vista al lago , de cada huésped van quedando cosas como condimentos art de limpieza etc.

Moderno. Lindo lugar. Buena ubicación. Un poco ruidosos los vecinos con niños de arriba y al lado. Se escucha todo lo que pasa en departamentos contiguos, pero salvo ese detalle, todo excelente!

宿泊前日に急遽予約したにもかかわらず、ものすごく眺めのいい5階の部屋を利用できました。シャワールームが少し狭いということはありましたが、窓の外に広がる景色で、すべてOK、というかその何倍もの価値があると思います。 お皿や調理道具、バスタオル、替えのシーツまで用意されており、私の利用した部屋はものすごくお値段以上だと思いました。 オーナーさんもステキな方でしたよ。

O hotel é bom em si, na verdade é um apartamento. NÃO POSSUI PORTARIA 24hs, Chegamos por volta das 19:00 tivemos dificuldade em encontrar ou entrar no hotel. Fomos na loja do lado e lá o atendente nos entregou a chave que estava com ele. Não sentimentos muito confortável com isso.

Fiquei 4 noites e tudo fluiu muito bem, localização excelente, muito bem recepcionado pela anfitriã, mesmo chegando após as 20:00 (ela deixou a chave num Kiosco ao lado do ap). Como é numa rua principal tem um pouco de barulho, mas nada demais. A roupa de cama é bem simples e junto com a limpeza da mesma deixou um pouco a desejar, único ponto de melhoria.

O apartamento tem uma ótima localização e uma bela vista para o lago. Em termos de custo-beneficio é uma boa opção, uma vez que a hospedagem em Bariloche é cara e os hotéis são velhos. Pontos negativos: o prédio ainda está em obras. À tarde o barulho incomoda. Ao contrário do que diz na descrição, o local não possui secador de cabelo. Na última noite o aquecimento do chuveiro não funcionou. Impossível tomar banho pq a água estava gelada ao extremo.

Ótima localização central, dono do apartamento Ariel, muito atencioso, único problema são obras nos apartamentos do corredor que está gerando muito pó que vai para dentro do apartamento.

Apartamento novinho, muito bem equipado. Cama confortável, ótimo chuveiro. A internet não funciona bem, mas me parece ser um problema geral de Bariloche.
